Critical Mass Consulting is focused on bringing a creative perspective to improving the design and delivery of public services.

With over a decade of strategy and policy development experience within central Government, Michael Roy formed Critical Mass Consulting in September 2008 in the firm belief that he could make a positive contribution to sustainable economic growth and social justice by supporting people at all levels – from policymakers through to those delivering ‘on the ground’ – and everybody else in between.

Critical Mass Consulting is able to provide the full spectrum of consultancy and advisory services through the forceful combination of Michael’s innate ability to think laterally and creatively, with his strategic outlook, political awareness and unique blend of knowledge and experience in a wide range of policy areas.

Consultancy services – ranging from essential background research, formal workshop planning and delivery, through to bespoke projects for the public and third sectors – are available.
